  • FIRST ATTEMPT AT SERVICE is usually within two business days from receipt of your documents - Outside of Metropolitan
    Phoenix area may take slightly longer.

  • MULTIPLE ATTEMPTS: Unlimited attempts in our zone 1 service area and up to four (4) attempts in outlying areas within
    Maricopa County.

  • FREE POSTAL LOCATES if we find the defendant/respondent has moved from the address you provided. (a $25.00 value - free)

  • COURTESY CALL, FAX OR EMAIL will be used to notify you when service has been accomplished.

  • PROOF OF SERVICE will be prepared promptly and filed directly with the issuing court in Maricopa County Arizona, or mailed
    directly to you for filing with the appropriate court outside of Maricopa County Arizona.
