serving needs on a statewide basis, yet small enough to be attentive to the uniqueness of your service
requirements.  We are committed to providing our clients with fast, professional, low cost service.
  • STATEWIDE PROCESS SERVICE - including state, county and federal correction facilities; and in
    Arizona Indian Country as defined in 18 U.S.C. 151 and as set forth in Arizona Rule 4.3.

  • FLAT FEE - LOW COST RATES determined by the zip code in which your documents will be served.

  • FIRST ATTEMPT AT SERVICE is usually within two business days from receipt of your documents -
    Outside of Metropolitan Phoenix area may take slightly longer.

  • MULTIPLE ATTEMPTS: Unlimited attempts in our zone 1 service area and up to four (4) attempts in
    outlying areas within Maricopa County.

  • FREE SKIP TRACE:  If we find the defendant/respondent has moved from the address you provided we
    will perform a limited skip trace in an attempt to identify a new service address

  • COURTESY CALL, FAX OR EMAIL: We will notify you promptly by telephone, fax or email when
    service of your documents has been completed.

  • PROOF OF SERVICE:  We will be promptly prepare and file our declaration of service directly with the
    issuing court in Maricopa County Arizona, or mail, fax, or email it directly to you for filing with the
    appropriate court outside of Maricopa County Arizona.

  • REGISTERED OFFICER OF ARIZONA SUPERIOR COURT. Omni Diversified Services uses only
    process servers who have met the requirements of the Arizona Supreme Court Code of Judicial
    Administration and who are registered Officers of the Court.
  • In most cases we will require
    payment of process service fees in
    advance, or to accompany the
    documents you submit to us for
    service.

  • We accept the following forms of
    payment: Cash, Personal or Business
    Checks, Money Order, or other
    Certified Funds. All forms of
    payment must be in US Dollars.
