- FLAT FEE - LOW COST RATES: Our process service fees
are based on the type of documents being served, the zip code
in which they will be served, and includes mileage as well as
administrative costs related to notary services and proof of
service preparation. We have NO hidden fees.
- RUSH SERVICE: Our first attempt at service is most often
made within two (2) business days from date of receipt of
your documents. Rush service attempts may be requested if
we have your documents in hand before noon (Arizona time)
on the day you require the service. Our same-day service fee
is $35.00 in addition to our base zip code rate. If service is
required within twenty-four (24) hours from the time we
receive your documents in hand the "rush" fee is $20.00 in
addition to our base zip code rate. Same-day and "rush"
service are not available in all zip codes.
- SERVICE DOCUMENTS: Often a client will request that
we accept E-mailed service documents. Our fee is $0.50/page
to offset administrative/supply costs. We discourage fax
submissions due to the poor quality of most faxed
documents. Service documents received by fax are charged at
the rate of $1.50 per page.
- FREE POSTAL LOCATES if we find the
defendant/respondent has moved from the address you
provided. (a $25.00 value - free)
- SERVICE AT CORRECTIONS FACILITIES: State &
Federal Correction facilities, and Maricopa County Jail
facilities will be quoted on an as needed basis.
- SKIP TRACE: "Limited" skip trace fees related to service
of process range from $75.00.
- STAKE OUT: Occasionally we will be asked to "wait" at a
designated location in anticipation that the person to be
served will eventually show up. Our "wait time" fee is $30
per half hour or portion thereof.
- FORWARDING SERVICE: Arizona process needing service
in another state may sometimes be necessary. We will locate
another state process server and make arrangements to send
the documents to them. Our fee for this service is $35.00
plus actual shipping costs. This price does not include the
out of state process server's fee.

We accept the following forms of payment: Cash, personal/business check, money order, or other certified funds. All fees
are payable in U.S. Dollars only. Payment at the time of assignment is required in most cases, and billable for
established customers/clients.
